This class focuses on getting you an excellent workout no matter what your age might be. Classes include options for using light or no weights. Increase strength, stamina, and flexibility.

+ Senior Fit

This class builds cardiovascular endurance with safe, low-impact moves that are gentle on joints while building muscle tone.

+ Yoga Essentials

Offering the basics of yoga, this class will help you develop better posture, strength, and flexibility. Reduce stress and create inner peace with a stimulating workout that is great for all levels.
