Enjoy a large variety of classes at our in-house yoga studio! Core Fitness is a leader in the local yoga community, regularly hosting more teacher trainings than any other facility. We offer mind-body classes throughout the week at both locations:

+ Yoga

This mid-level class focuses on flexibility, strength, and balance work. Ideal for new to intermediate yogis looking to deepen their practice.

+ Yoga Essentials

Offering the basics of yoga, this class will help you develop better posture, strength, and flexibility. Reduce stress and create inner peace with a stimulating workout that is perfect for all levels.

+ Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses appropriate for all levels. This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.

+ Power Vinyasa Yoga

Add some challenge to your yoga practice with the heightened intensity and strength-training of power Vinyasa. Beginners welcome, as modifications for all levels are offered.

+ Pilates

The body conditioning routine that will help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.

+ CoreYoga (30 min)

This 30 minute class is ideal for busy yogis! Get a rigorous core-conditioning practice and cooldown at your convenience.

+ Les MillsBodyFlow (TM)

During BodyFlow an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered, and happy.
