Core Fitness believes in healthy families! Active children become active adults, with healthy lifestyles. We are proud to offer kids fitness classes for children ages 2 to 12 years*:

*Parents/guardians are always welcome to participate in classes with the kiddos! For safety purposes we require that a parent/guardian remain on Core Fitness grounds while their child attends fitness classes.

+ FitKids

Ages 2-5

FitKids uses camoflauge fitness, incorporating cardiovascular, endurance, and flexibility work in a fun and game-centric class. Kids sing, dance, and play their way into fitness! FitKids is taught by a certified elementary school teacher.

+ Superhero Fit

Ages 4-11

Superhero Fit is an outdoor (weather-permitting) fun-filled class where children participate in games, obstacle courses, and physical challenges to build strength and endurance. Superhero Fit is taught by a paraeducator with an Associate's in Elementary Education and over 10+ years experience working with children.

+ Kids Yoga

Ages 5-12

Kids Yoga introduces kids to balance, proprioception, flexibility, and breath work. The focus is on fun, self-paced postures and yoga flow. This class is ideal for children who are just starting out with physical activities. Kids leave feeling invigorated, calm, and happy. Kids Yoga is taught by a rotation of certified children's yoga teachers who are all experienced educators.

+ Generation Pound

Ages 6-12

GENERATION POUND® is a youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills. By combining exercise and interactive activities, kids will learn new ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT—-ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness. GENERATION POUND® is taught by a rotation of certified children's POUND® instructors.
