Core Fitness offers kids fitness classes for children ages 2 to 11 years*:

*For safety purposes we require that a parent/guardian remain on Core Fitness grounds while their child attends fitness classes.


Ages 2-5

FitKids uses camoflauge fitness, incorporating cardiovascular, endurance, and flexibility work in a fun and game-centric class. Kids sing, dance, and play their way into fitness!

Superhero Fit

Ages 4-11

Superhero Fit is an outdoor (weather-permitting) fun-filled class where children participate in games, obstacle courses, and physical challenges to build strength and endurance.


Kids Yoga

Ages 5-12

Kids Yoga introduces kids to balance, flexibility, and breath work. The focus is on fun, self-paced postures and yoga flow. This class is ideal for children who are just starting out with physical activities. Kids leave feeling invigorated, calm, and happy.
