An hour or 45 minutes (Express) class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery. This class involves using special stationary exercise bicycles with weight flywheel in a classroom setting.
Rhythm and Sweat
Burn calories to the extreme with this beat and music driven class. With highly choreographed routines to hand-picked music, You get a maximum cardio and muscle toning experience while having a blast during the whole class! With the freedom to be able to personalize the workout to your own fitness level, this class will have you drenched in sweat before you walk out! PLEASE BRING WATER.
Les Mills RPM (TM)
An indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within. Sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Les Mills Sprint (TM)
This class is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.
